Ingredients
1 frozen pound cake
1/2 cup grape jelly
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
4 to 5 Tbs water
1 (5 oz) bag unsweetened shredded coconut
Directions
- Cut the pound cake in half, lengthwise. Evenly spread the jelly on one-half of the pound cake, and top it with the other half. Cut the cake into 1 1/2-inch cubed pieces.
